Welcome to the youth homepage, with updates of what we do in youth each week. We are currently in our winter programme (October 2009 to March 2010), offering a rather large range of activities through the winter months. Most of our evenings end with a short thought from the bible, before the youngsters are taken home on the church minibus.
Each week we have a tuck shop selling sweets, crisps, cans and also squash at good prices. We also listen to the youngsters who come on youth nights who ask for a particular sweet/drink, and we would try and put it on the shopping list. All profits made in the shop go towards youth outings or youth activities.
Each month we have a youth magazine with stories, poems, film reviews, CD reviews and even more. We’re always looking for feedback and articles to put into the magazine, so if you have something you’d like to put in the mag, then you can email your article to us.
Even if you do not attend the youth group, you can join our mailing list, and we will post a copy of the month’s magazine to you so you can keep in contact with us, and find out what the youth group is currently doing. Email us.
