Friday Night: 19:15-21:30 (approx)

If you’re over 11 years old, or going to high school in September, then our doors are open each Friday night with a wide range of activities. During our winter programme (October - March) we do various activities; things like Quiz nights, Talent shows, 10 pin bowling (normally at Hollywood bowl in Cardiff Bay), film nights, party nights, various country evenings and swimming (normally at the new International Pool in Cardiff Bay). During the summer programme (April - September) we will try and be mainly outside - weather permitting; going to places like Cardiff Bay, Barry Island (on the beach), doing a scavenger hunt, many of the parks around Cardiff and the Vale area. Our start and end times can change slightly, but we’ll inform the youngsters the week before if they need to be there earlier, or will be home later.

Once a month, both during the summer and winter, we have one night called “Lifewayz”, where we spend the night indoors looking at the Bible, in a fun and interactive way.

During the summer, we also arrange a day out somewhere on a Saturday. Over the past couple of years we’ve been going to Brean (near Weston-Super-Mare), and before that we were going to Oakwood.

Each Friday night we will drop the youngsters home by mini-bus, but they will have to get themselves there as we do not pick them up in the mini-bus.
